Women-Centric Design is a project by Unconform, and its founder Mansi Gupta.
Unconform is a design consultancy that helps organisations build products & services that truly center, serve, and value women. We help organisations get smarter about women’s lived experiences, go further in their research faster, and be more equitable from the get-go.
Mansi Gupta, a designer and researcher with several years of experience leading women’s focused projects in healthcare, finance, tech, education, primarily in the Global South. Her project experience and observation that there is potential for more cross-learning in this space drove the creation of both, Unconform & Women Centric Design.
